When we take care of ourselves, we can take care of others & it is a joy.
I learned that self-care is not selfish. It strengthens & empowers you. Clarity & wisdom flows from within to the outside giving peace, & love freely when we are in a good place.
Spaciousness Within
This would be a great meditation to do if you’re feeling tense in a crowded area, like public transit, an airplane, or even if you work in a small office. It’s a great opportunity to create space from within when you may not have a lot of spaciousness in your external environment.
Walking and Chewing Gum
I struggled with this meditation just like I struggle with walking and chewing gum at the same time. 🙃. I was so glad that I was doing this in the privacy of my home because when Cassandra guided us to imagine the space behind our eyes, I collapsed into giggles for my immediate thought was, “I always knew I was empty-headed.” From that point, my focus was totally lost - focused instead on my sense of humor. 😂😂😂. I typically love anything Cassandra does. Maybe others will be more successful. 💕🙏💕
