Internal Organs
My education taught me about the internal organs and how they work but I hadn't thought much about being grateful for them in this particular manner. In spite of all my bad habits, my body has served me very well. I am healthy and strong (for my age lol). I need to be more mindful of what these organs do. I need to take better care of myself. I am thankful that they continue to function and allow me to be in this wonderful world. I love this meditation and the way it was presented by the teacher. ❤️🌷
