A clean reset
This is a beautiful quick practice, today I am feeling well within and without and the breath brought with it a dynamic I’m finding hard to name but a feeling I very much appreciate, I’ll be sure to return to this-practising when all is well is one thing but practising this in times of turmoil could be a wonderful pause and reset , I find breath work to be the technique I turn to most when my body or mind is out of alignment.
