During times of stress, we can use the breath to connect us with our innate resources for wisdom, strength, and love

Finding strength and wisdom
I learned that strength and wisdom has already been given to us; we just need to continue to look inside ourselves

Going to the chapel
And I'm gonna get married. To the most wonderful man ever. More love, not less. Yes, please. For all the days of my life. Yes. Forever & always. Yes. So blessed. Eager. And loved, cherished, and protected. I like it. I love it. I want some more of it.

Empowering
So empowering to know I can have that coping mechanism ready like that.

Power in the breath
I am reminded, again, to acknowledge when I am out of sorts and refocus on the breath. That is where the power lies. Excellent!

Day 15
I literally cannot even focus on these meditations. Every visualization of my breathing just comes across scattered and crazy in my head, and I have no idea how to calm down what’s going on in there. And I’m a little stressed that i broke my streak because i didnt decide to sleep until one am.

This meditation really focused on heavy breathing and it brought me back to the TREE. Strength, Courage and Wisdom. Just keep breathing and focus. Today was extremely hard because I was not only busy, but now I am sick so this meditation was very helpful in helping me to keep that motivation going. Namaste’

Inner resource
I learned that I can always return to the breath, not only as an anchor to the present moment, but as an inner resource of strength & compassion.

Worked just fine!👍
I felt like I really needed to meditate right away when I got home from work. So I listened to this meditation and focused on breathing while I was making a late night snack, because I was also really hungry. It worked just fine I feel a lot calmer. Thanks Aura🙏💙

Need time to breath every now and then
While taking these deep breathes and exhaling them out heavily, I was getting rid of the stress I do endure on a daily basis in the early mornings mentally. I shouldn’t have to feel this way, but I do and I’m concerned it’ll affect me not just mentally, but psychologically and spiritually too. I’m already 22. That’s why I did this inner peace meditation this morning, and just like that, I felt some medium-sized puffy clouds that might’ve been inside me leave my body. Just leave my body.

Our breathe can always anchor us. We can use it to reconnect and refocus. It’s a tool we can always use. Breathing can give you wisdom, calmness, patience, kindness.
