Need time to breath every now and then
While taking these deep breathes and exhaling them out heavily, I was getting rid of the stress I do endure on a daily basis in the early mornings mentally. I shouldn’t have to feel this way, but I do and I’m concerned it’ll affect me not just mentally, but psychologically and spiritually too. I’m already 22.
That’s why I did this inner peace meditation this morning, and just like that, I felt some medium-sized puffy clouds that might’ve been inside me leave my body.
Just leave my body.
