Wellness Break
I have a little break in between doing things which I decided to take those few precious moments for myself to indulge in a 2nd meditation session. It is a perfect Spring day here. The sun is shining, birds are chirping, and there is a nice breeze. As I focus on my inhale breath, I am taking in all the fresh energy Mother Earth is offering to me which is renewing my spirit while reciting silently the phrase โ€œAll is wellโ€. As I continue this for a few more breaths, I am feeling calm, energized, and grateful for making myself a priority which will keep my cup full to keep chugging along. May all of you find time in your busy schedules to take a few minutes for yourself today. Your mind, body, and spirit will thank you for it.

Inhaling...
Giving ourselves a break from doing to just being is something that we forget to do a lot of the time. We feel as if we must keep going regardless of how we are feeling. However, doing this can lead to burnout as well as frustration. In this wonderful meditation, Cassandra gives us this break by having us focus on our inhale, inviting calm and well-being into our body and mind. Sitting in my chair, I closed my eyes and arrived at my breath. Tuning specifically into my inhale, I began to welcome calm and well-being into my body and mind. As I continued to breath in calmness and well-being, my body began to relax a little and my mind became less flustered. For the last few moments of this meditation, I welcomed presence as I continued to relax my body and calm my mind by inhaling calm and well-being. A sense of peace washed over my body and mind as presence became more and more into my awareness. Inhaling calm, well-being and presence gave me a huge Ahhhh and for that, I am so grateful! Giving myself a break from doing to just being is exactly what I needed right now. Thank you Cassandra for creating this meditation and Julie for the recommendation! Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ

No edge no push the pacing was extremely gentle forgiving almost and the pauses and repeated phrases help to slow me down too. Purrrrrfect thanks
