Wellness Break
I have a little break in between doing things which I decided to take those few precious moments for myself to indulge in a 2nd meditation session.
It is a perfect Spring day here. The sun is shining, birds are chirping, and there is a nice breeze. As I focus on my inhale breath, I am taking in all the fresh energy Mother Earth is offering to me which is renewing my spirit while reciting silently the phrase “All is well”. As I continue this for a few more breaths, I am feeling calm, energized, and grateful for making myself a priority which will keep my cup full to keep chugging along.
May all of you find time in your busy schedules to take a few minutes for yourself today. Your mind, body, and spirit will thank you for it.
