When we sit in meditation in the beginning it can be a little frustrating and we can give up too early. Learning to be in the body and move with the body can be a great alternative to just sitting. In fact, we should incorporate it into our routines alongside formal sitting practice.

Be curious and be present it the moment is the key. Concentration what is going on during boiling water, during steping up the stairs and so on. Be in the moment, be the moment.
Mindful in everything
I will start to slow down and pay closer attention to what is happening at every moment. Freeing my mind from thinking of the past or worried about the future. All is well.
Be mindful when you move. It will help me be in the here and the now
