Using a simple breath technique, extending the inhale breath, we can change our physiology, increase energy while also increasing calm.

Gradual deepening
Very effective, to start out mindful of the baseline natural breath then slowly deepen. Namaste

Rejuvenated
By gradually extending our inhale breath, we can increase our energy levels as well as boost our mood. This was the perfect session to give me a boost of energy after a busy day at work. I feel refreshed, centered, and ready to continue with my day. Thank Cassandra for creating this session. It was exactly what I needed.

Energy Boost
Sitting in an upright position, I brought awareness to the subtle flow of my inhale and exhale. Just noticing the body breathing on its own. Following Cassandra’s guidance, I began to lengthen my inhale. By doing this, I could sense my energy level rising. At the same time, I could sense my exhale naturally lengthening, which gave my body a feeling of calm. I began to envision myself walking up a flight of stairs and with each new deep inhale, my body was becoming more and more invigorated. Towards the end of this meditation, I took in the deepest inhale I had all day and held it at the top for a few seconds. During this time, I felt an explosion of tingling and pulsing sensations running throughout my whole body. Alert, yet calm, I am so grateful for this energy boost! Thank you, Cassandra! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

6 min exercise for increasing inhale and energy
At first, I really struggled to increase the duration of my natural inhale, but after really tuning into my breath, I found that my inhale was gaining depth. Upon completion of the exercise, I had a wonderful sense of mental clarity.

Breathing
I learned that simple breath work can be as focusing and relaxing as my 20 minute mantra meditation. I should do this more often, especially when stressed.
