If you’re holding onto stress, anger or unworthiness, if you’ve become disconnected from yourself or from others, it’s possible to feel your connection again. It’s possible to live with peace and freedom in your heart, both individually and collectively. No matter your experience with meditation, it's possible that in this time of pause you can transform your relationship with yourself and with others, you can foster inner compassion and extend it outward. I've seen this happen time and time again. This is one of the most powerful meditation practices I know.
