Bumping...
She had me floating the whole time. At first I was hovering & bumping along in some clouds with No time for thinking. Which I am grateful I can turn off when not needed! She Brought me back to Focusing on breathing several times then back to outer space this time for some more floating and bumping into stars & a swim in the Milky Way! I am feeling pretty good and it did help improve my mood. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ซ๐ŸŒ

Floating
Although I am not a swimmer, I am an expert floater. I can float for 45 minutes in a pool or calm lake. This was great. I put my hands together behind my head, arched my back a bit. Crossed my feet at the ankles and drifted away into the most wonderful relaxing space. I have been known to fall asleep while floating and I fell asleep during this calm meditation too! Kinda like going home again. Was great. And so relaxing and easy for me to do. ๐Ÿ˜ด. Loved it!

Floating
Everything is okay just as it is. This is going to be another mantra I will recite when I am feeling overwhelmed or anxious. Visualizing floating in a pool of clear cool water while focusing on my breath, I start to feel some of the tension I am feeling in my body release. All is okay in this moment. There is nothing to do. No where to go. No one needs my attention. This time is my time. Taking a deep inhale in and exhaling long with an ahhh...I am ready to return back to my day feeling refreshed.

Letting Go of the Struggle
Every time we struggle, the grip tends to get even tighter. Soon, we notice the tension in our body, our monkey brain running rampant and our mood quickly deteriorating. With our mood deteriorated, our perception of ourself and the world around us also quickly deteriorates. In this wonderful meditation, Cassandra shows us a way to let go of the struggle and thus, improve our mood. Finding myself under much more stress than usual for the past month or so, my mood has been like a roller coaster, going up and down. Because of this, my body has also been feeling up and down. Feeling this up and down so often, Iโ€™ve been finding myself wanting to just scream it all out at times. Somehow though, I remember to connect with my breath and soon find that everything is okay just as it is. Letting go of the struggle, I float instead of drown. Letting go of the struggle, I am the observer, seeing things a part from me, not a part of me. In this way, I float among this funk. Floating, I remember that change is the only constant and this too, shall pass. Namaste ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿปโค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ

Relax
Everything will be ok, take it one day at a time. I need to remind myself this every day.

I feel so much better. Thank you Cass. I fell asleep last night depressed and woke up the same. I decided to not let it control my day.
