Sometimes just reassuring ourselves that we're OK can help us untangle ourselves from a knot of thoughts and worries. Simply saying to ourselves 'it's OK, I'm OK' can have a very calming, soothing effect.

Great meditation for morning or night. I find repeating positive intentions very soothing. Positive thoughts and words have great power that we can use to improve our lives and the lives of those around us.

Self acceptance and love is great - you must love yourself as you will always have you. Learn to appreciate your positives and see yourself for what you are, not what others want you to be, expect you to be or demand you to be.

I felt annoyed during the first one because my cat kept interrupting and being rude/annoying but I learned that it’s ok. I need to let things go because I am Ok

Listened to it just before bed and hearing “I’m ok” made me cry. Maybe because I don’t believe I’m ok and I need to hear it some more. Maybe it makes me mad because I’m not ok. My body feels tense.

I don’t understand why? I woke up with dread going on in my mind. I feel like the interaction that I had yesterday at a friends house I somehow did something negative or I rubbed them the wrong way.

I know I will be okay eventually not every person is okay and happy 24/7. There’s always something or someone that could make you feel as if your not okay. As if I’m crazy and no one understand me and that’s okay because i am trying and knowing i will be okay and happy eventually is what will keep me going forward.

It is easier to become calm and ready for bed with deeper breathing exercises rather then keeping it soft and more normal

Couldn’t sleep
At first I couldn’t sleep but then my aura was ready and so I clicked and press couldn’t sleep and now I’m sleeping like an angel thanks aura❤️

It’s nice to be reminded that I am Ok. Not just in the sense that my person is acceptable, but also that I am not in any immediate harm or danger. In this present moment, I am safe and I am loved.

Despite what events have happened throughout my day, just saying these words to myself “I’m ok” as a way to de stress from everything, really helps. Having a moment to check in with myself and recognize that I’m OK. Aside from the outside world, I’m OK.

This was a really helpful meditation, and I almost want to do it again right away. Just need to ponder it a little. And not stress about something I can’t resolve till the morning. As Julian of Norwich said, “All shall be well...”. I usually believe it, but sometimes I have to reaffirm it for myself.

Triggers
Sometimes we encounter people in our lives who make us feel less than. These people may be friends, family, colleagues or strangers. Their words and actions may be intentional or completely thoughtless however the affect is the same. In some way those thoughts or actions trigger feelings of “less than” or “not good enough”. This meditation, although not necessarily a personal favorite, helped me begin to turn those negative, destructive, untrue thoughts around.

It feels good to close your eyes and say "I'm ok." When you breathe in and out. Then you really feel a shift in consciousness.

Those words of “I’m ok, it’s ok” were soothing. They were kind and comforting words to hear. Kindness to self is so important. Sometimes our internal critic can be abusive. Kind words are a comfort.
