This new day
I enjoyed this. It brought me to such a peaceful place of tranquility. As I sit here and listen, a nice, cool breeze comes in softly on my face. I feel really good. I can hear frogs in the distance. The day is coming to an end, allowing another day to begin tomorrow! New beginnings....
I welcome this new day full of infinite possibilities and blessings. I allow the energy of each moment to flow through me gracefully. I will lead with presence, walking hand in hand with curiosity and care in everything I do and in every encounter I have. I welcome this new day. Namaste 😊❤️☮️

I must welcome each new day with peace and happiness. One statement that stood out for me was welcoming the new day for freedom. Freedom to choose my path. Reflection is that I free to choose to be positive or negative. It’s up to me. Thank you.
I am responsible for how I feel
That by allowing others to make me happy, sad, angry is giving my power to them. They are not responsible for how I feel and react I am.
I realized that I have more control over my existence than I thought. I also am capturing the reframing of doing for me as a sacred practice of self love. 🥰
