This is a practice to get grounded and centered, so as to help you transition into the next part of your day. Reuben guides us through some simple breath awareness to start with. From there, we get to reflect upon what went well today, before coming back into the body, then finishing off with a countdown. Ideally, you'll feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready for the next part of the day.
