I am the awareness that surrounds me body and mind. I may have thoughts, but I acknowledge them and move in. Not acting on them is not being judge mental of my judgmental thoughts. I just acknowledge they are there. Wow!

Today, I experienced unpleasant emotional pain caused by fear, judgment, and unresolved issues. I realize I am not these things, I am a soul in a damaged vessel and I am learning to heal. I am me, I am not my thoughts or my feelings.
