Do you wish you could accept who you are, and not always wish you were different to how and who you are? This is corrosive to our well-being and fundamentally unkind.... to find inner peace, we need to accept who and how we are, and the paradox is that only when we accept ourselves fully as we are then changes start to happen by themselves. In this practice, you'll first notice how you are and then gently suggest to yourself that you accept yourself just as you are.
