The winding path to healing
I noticed that I have not yet been able to repeat affirmations of self-acceptance without crying

During hypnosis I felt calm, somewhat relaxed , but distracted by mowers. I noticed I was hungry when I opened my eyes and stretched
I might need an earlier time to avoid outdoor noises. I was also fleetingly distracted by a cough I’ve got right now. I want to continue to release tension in my body & feel good about my body.
