This morning meditation will help guide you to go about your day, knowing that you will feed yourself what’s right for you, now and always. Close your eyes, and let soft whispers of peace and relaxation carry you away. Breathe deeply, and feel the breath as it circulates through you, both relaxing and energizing you. There are times in life when we just don’t feel full, but we’re not really physically hungry. We hunger for something else. And yet, we eat anyway.
