2 Methods to Worry Less
One method is to write down all our worries in a journal. Then, we are not allowed to open that journal for the next 24 hours. After 24 hours have passed, we can open the journal and write our worries again. A second method is to come up with a best case scenario, a worst case scenario, and a probable case scenario. Make plans around the probable case scenario.
