Bring acceptance and kindness to oneself with this meditation. Why is it so challenging to love and accept ourselves? This is a common issue that people present to me during healing sessions. Most of us are continually striving, trying to prove we are OK causing us to not fully enjoy our lives. We can be our own worst critics which cause great suffering. We rarely feel we are good enough just as we are. This does not mean we stop growing and healing but it does mean accepting who we are in this moment with Kindness.

Bodrum
This meditation took me back to the rocky beaches of Bodrum, Turkey. I got to feel my memory of feeling my freedom, liberation, acceptance of my inner demons. It was nice to get to that inner space again in the present moment and applying those lessons I learned 3 years ago to the here and now. I feel like I’m sitting on that beach again with the greatest and forgiving scope of introspection and I’m grateful to feel and remember those moments again. Thank you for allowing to become that part of me again. Namaste 🌿

2/6/19 accept who I am
It’s hard to accept and love who I am when I look back to the actions I’ve taken that I thought at the time were self preservation. I feel now and understand how others thought they were selfish and needless. However I truly did what I did to save my physical and emotional self, at that time, from my own hand. Others (close family) have put behind them my actions and love me....why can’t I love and forgive myself?

A well- intentioned meditation. I would take exception to one comment: “Mistakes are failures.” WRONG! This is a negative attitude. “Mistakes” are guides. God’s way of saying “Let’s try this again...never give up.” Thomas Edison was asked how he felt about failing 1,000 times before creating the incandescent lightbulb. He responded: “Fail? I did not fail. I simply discovered 1,000 ways NOT to make the lightbulb.” Mistakes are NOT failures. They are directions on the road of life. If you start a meditation with a negative, that is what you end up with.

Love and Accept Yourself
This meditation is awesome! I want to listen to it every day! Lately I’ve been thinking that the reason this world is so screwed up is because there’s a lot of projection from a lot of people who don’t love themselves! We all have these thoughts inside of our head I’m not good enough I’m not smart enough I’m not worthy of love but that is just a bunch of fake talk ! However, we tend to listen to the voices and project these self-imposed “flaws” into others and the whole world cries together... Our true self is worthy of love our true self is kind our true self is smart enough our true self is beautiful our true self is worthy... This meditation with the section of creating an affirmation or mantra allowing yourself to accept yourself how you are and accept yourself with kindness was very beautiful

Love & Acceptance
Why is it that we are our own worst critic? Could it be that we tend to look to others for love and acceptance instead of receiving it from ourselves? We cannot truly receive love from others until we give it to ourselves. One great way to receive love and acceptance from ourselves is by repeating affirmations. By repeating affirmations for at least 21 days, we begin to Feel a certain way, which results in us Behaving in a certain way. By behaving in a certain way, we find that the love that we’ve been searching for has been with us all along. Giving ourselves love, we find value in our life. We are more prone to setting healthy boundaries. Thus, people will not be allowed to walk all over us. Accepting ourselves for who we are, we don’t worry what others may think about us. We also learn ways to quiet down that inner critic. Repeating these beautiful affirmations, I choose to love myself. Repeating these beautiful affirmations, I choose to accept myself for who I am. Filled with love, I choose to live with an open heart wherever I go. Filled with peace, I will have patience wherever I go. Filled with kindness, I will do little acts of kindness wherever I go. Filled with happiness, I will bring a smile to wherever I go. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️

Love who i am
I learned that no one’s love toward me matters if I dont and others love should not mean more than my own. Love starts with me and goes out. If i fill myself it will be easier to reach out to others.
