I learned that I have to challenge my body to be calm in more stressful times. I do this by doing challenging things and implementing tools that I gather to help me do better.

My best and most recent example was doing and finishing my first ultra trail Marathon, 50 km in the mountains. I had never raced before and had always seen ultra runners like aliens. But now I'm one of them.
Similarly, when I surf and decide to go for a big wave that scares me, I'm extremely satisfied when I make it.
