Loving myself
Loving and accepting myself the way that I am is okay! I don't have to change the person I am. I can be content with who I am and what I have.

I learned that I can set boundaries and take care of myself. I am enough right now. Before the meditation I was reflecting on all the things I needed to do to be worthy of love. Imagine that I didn’t need to do anything!
