Hold the World in Your Heart

This morning meditation will guide you to hold the world in your heart and feel the light of your love pouring into it. Go ahead and get comfortable, letting your body settle gently into stillness. Let your shoulders fall, your jaw release, and your eyes softly close. Now bring your awareness to your breath. Let it be slow, steady, and soft. Inhale through your nose… Exhale gently through your mouth. Again, inhale… and exhale.
