I learned that my bed supports me and I can relaxe. At first my body is still full with stress. Breath by breath I start to relaxe and I get more comfortable in the support of the bed.

First time to listen to a sleep meditation. It quite feels good but need more focus to relax. Anyway I can sleep within 5mins but i just want to try this haha
