I learned that I never should have stopped meditating. This always helps so much and i need a moment to not get so lost in thought, which is what i still did at times even in this meditation because im just not used to it anymore. But im starting over.

Most sleep meditations are the same- deep breaths and forgetting thoughts. However, I had a new experience with this one. I felt like I was loved, supported, and comforted all the time. No other thoughts popped into my head. And I feel very sleepy.

Normally the mediations for falling asleep are heaving/deep breathing and imagining and picture in your Mind which often causes me to thing about other things. But this one mediation did the opposite and reminded me to forget about everything in my mind which really helped.

I learnt that letting go of what is holding you back and allowing the happiness come in and take over is what is needed and that the negative toxic people in our life need to go and people that make you feel happy and safe need to stay. Loving people that have pushed you away and keeping them close and looking after then is right and pushing them away can make them think that you don’t want them in your life even though you do.

Hard To Believe Meditation Makes Such A Difference!

I can never sleep so usually I stay up til like 1-2am and then listen to one of these and then I put on rain sounds and i can usually fall asleep for a few hours but I can’t sleep. I’m literally so tired but I can’t sleep. But I really like this track, her voice is soothing and makes me tired just not enough lol

This practice was very soothing for giving the reminders of the physical actions that are necessary for drifting off to sleep. The coach’s voice is also soothing as she instructs us to focus on breathing and allow thoughts to drift away as we can drift to sleep. To think of being supported by the bed and make sure we are comfortably resting.

But by keeping most of the stuff locked because they can’t pay it feels like it’s more for the money than the help At least make one of each section free so we can get a taste I originally got it to help with my sleep n I was hoping to get a bedtime story only to find out I have to pay.. It breaks my heart that thus far I have not achieved the things I want for my family .. ie the small pleasures and luxuries they never got for themselves ... I wanted to be successful and rich so that I could afford all that for my parents and my little sister but I never managed to do anything you know I’ve not been able to buy them nice things or pay for a car or house or even a driver or maid or cook or European and American vacations every year with the family ... nothing really.
