Help for resolving Conflict:
I learned that I need to be more compassionate, stop trying to be “right” and really try to see the place and circumstances in which the other person is situated and coming from.
I can’t control how John responds to me. Only I can choose to control myself. My reactions. I let go of the need to be right.
But inside I still want validation. I want to be treated with gentleness and kindness. I feel like I deserve that from my husband.
