Abundant Energy
In this awesome meditation, we practice heart breathing to create the state of abundance. In this state, our heart is open and free. In this beautiful state of allowance, we attract more abundance in our lives. Laying down in a fish pose, I brought awareness to my breath. Just noticing the natural waves of my breath, I visualized each breath flowing in and flowing out through my heart. While heart breathing, I began to follow Dakota’s guidance in inhaling for a count of 8 and exhaling for a count of 8. While breathing in, I thought of joyous occasions, which expanded my heart with an inner smile. After a few rounds, I placed one hand on my belly and the other on my chest and began to do diaphragmatic breathing. Also called the 3-part breath or wave breath, I began to slowly fill my belly, diaphragm and chest with air. Doing this soothing breath, I began to feel abundant energy flowing all throughout my body. Thank you, Dakota! Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
