Journaling gratitude
This session reminded me that when I started using Aura, I used the gratitude function regularly to journal my day, specifically to note my gratitude for different people and things in my life. I really should go back to that practice!
Gratitude list 🙏
I should be grateful for even the smallest things because they’re just as important as the big thing. I have 4 things to be grateful for today so far and 1 bad experience, but I handled it calmly. Hopefully there will be more good than bad experiences to add to my list by the end of this day 🤞I want to make good happen and enjoy work even though I’d rather to stay home. Thanks 🙏
Gratitude 🙏
I am grateful for a quiet mind, fresh air, time to myself, sitting in my backyard enjoying a cup of coffee while watching my dogs lay in the sun. My best friend and I started a few years ago everyday emailing one another our top 5 positives for the day. Some days are list would be a lot longer than the 5. Even on the rough days when it is hard to find a positive we can always find at least one thing to be grateful for.
Gratitude and More
This was something I need to work on. Not just doing something and not fully appreciating it. I will work on this.
In this life coaching session, Cindy gives us an idea that will bring more joy into our lives; writing in a gratitude journal at either the end of our day or upon waking up in the morning. She suggests doing this for 21 days to see powerful results. However, it isn’t really about results, but rather for us to become more aware of what is good in our lives. Some days we will be grateful for big things while on other days! we will be grateful for small things. Whichever it is, the key is that in every day, there is always something to be grateful for. For roughly three months now, I think of a few things to be grateful for upon waking in the morning. It has literally transformed my morning attitude! I also write in Aura’s built-in gratitude journal after listening to a meditation on a daily basis. When we are grateful, we are happier. When we are grateful, we invite joy into our lives. When we are grateful, we are more appreciative. When we are grateful, we are more aware and awake in our lives. When we are grateful, we find that everything that we have is enough! Namaste ❤️☮️🙏🏻
gratitude is so helpful
Sometimes it’s easy to forget to practice gratitude amidst busy schedules and all the craziness life throws at me, but gratitude is one of the main practices that can reliably transform my mood. I feel gratitude in my chest and heart, and that feeling reassures me that everything will be okay (and, in many ways, already is).
Heartfelt appreciation
I learned to take the irritation and frustration I was feeling about my day, and reframe it to come from a place of gratitude. I chose instead to appreciate my kindness, compassion, and flexibility. My day was much better than I thought it was. Thank you.
Good Days Start with Gratitude
“Gratitude is the healthiest of all human emotions. The more you express gratitude for what you have, the more likely you will have even more to express gratitude for.” - Zig Ziglar I write down three things I’m grateful for each night before going to bed in my Gratitude Journal. It shifts your mindset. You learn to focus on the good rather than the bad. And you learn to see the good in uncomfortable situations. How did I grow from this? What did I learn? It’s a small practice with a bit impact on your mental well-being. Often, we get sucked into negative chatter, internally and externally. Gratitude and Appreciation lifts us above this negative energy.
Your spirit lightens when you are grateful for things- review your day pull your spirit back home
Long Version
I’m not sure if it was meant to be this way or not, but the long version has a lot of interruptions in the recording. I hope this gets fixed so we can hear about heartfelt appreciation. Namaste
