Gratitude
In this life coaching session, Cindy gives us an idea that will bring more joy into our lives; writing in a gratitude journal at either the end of our day or upon waking up in the morning. She suggests doing this for 21 days to see powerful results. However, it isn’t really about results, but rather for us to become more aware of what is good in our lives. Some days we will be grateful for big things while on other days! we will be grateful for small things. Whichever it is, the key is that in every day, there is always something to be grateful for.
For roughly three months now, I think of a few things to be grateful for upon waking in the morning. It has literally transformed my morning attitude! I also write in Aura’s built-in gratitude journal after listening to a meditation on a daily basis.
When we are grateful, we are happier. When we are grateful, we invite joy into our lives. When we are grateful, we are more appreciative. When we are grateful, we are more aware and awake in our lives. When we are grateful, we find that everything that we have is enough!
