This should have been a good meditation, but the sound effects of the voice humming on the exhales and it escalating was distracting and way too much.
I felt gently guided into focusing on my heart center and allowed for peacefulness to invade my whole being. The completion creating the possibility of being filled with strength and peace is perfect. 🙏❤️🤍💛
Tongue feels lighter / cooler.
It still feel the vibrating in my chest.
I feel calm.
And maybe a little confident
