This morning meditation will help guide you to reach out and touch the essence of your heart chakra. Find a quiet spot to let your body and mind relax. As you relax, draw in a deep breath, a breath that reaches all parts of you, even the smallest corners or cavities. Keep breathing. And, as you do, visualize a dazzling green light swirling in and about your chest. Now, imagine, if you can, reaching out and touching the swirling green light and feeling a host of beautiful emotions. Love, kindness, and caring all move you. You have touched the essence of your heart chakra.
