Heart is power
I enjoyed this meditation. It’s not often that we stop and think about our hearts and the power it holds.
Breathing into and out of my heart center feels like warmth, sweetness, hope, and longing. An excited flickering flame growing brighter with every turn.
Nagging thoughts
I needed to take a nap before I go to work because I’m very tired and this meditation was very calming. I have a lot of thoughts in my head today that I don’t really need. They are just hanging nagging me and I’m having a hard time losing them.

I became aware of a couple things: I could feel an instant heat between my chest & my hand over my heart area. It turned into an electric cloud bonding my hand to my heart area after a few breathes. When she said to breathe deeper I sensed the cloud was turning dark pink to red & growing in size. I felt the beating pulsations of liquid Energy being pumped thru my cloud body with each breath and it felt comforting and both peaceful but invigorating. By the end I was appreciating every breathe for what it is... another moment of living❣️ Namaste, 💗☮️🍀
I became aware of my heart rate and the stress I was feeling. I was immediately feeling a connection between my heart and hand, a feeling I cannot explain.
My opinion
I loved it. I found it so relaxing and calming. Thank you! I have been using this for a few weeks now and it has helped me calm down and get to sleep.

feeling my heart beat took me to a whole new level of relaxation. as i followed her words i began to feel myself slowly drift away and her words fading was great

I felt the anxiety leave my breathing calmed just felt more at peace. Dorothy has such a calming beautiful voice.
