Acceptance of my worthiness
When I first placed my hand on my heart, and then my other hand ￼on top of that one, I felt a physical connection to myself in a new way…my arms were now forming a circle leading from my torso back to my heart…a closing of the loop…This connection is a new physical way of being with myself that feels quite comforting.
When I began to repeat, “I am enough just as I am,” and, “My worthiness is not conditional,” I could feel the falter in my internal voice—because I don’t yet believe it to be true for myself—so I repeated with more conviction as we continued—and I felt more open to hearing myself speak to myself that way.
After we concluded, I repeated each phrase aloud, spontaneously adding, “It’s true,” after each. I feel more comfortable with receiving this message now and know that with practice I will transform this from a wish to a belief—and with time, will live it as my new reality.
