I liked this 👍 I meditate regularly, but I really
felt this. My mind did not wonder for a change! I have downloaded this
This is great!
I struggled at first visualizing the light coming in to various parts of my body (especially my back) but it became easier for me as the meditation continued. I definitely feel more energized and protected. I look forward to improving with the light generation and placement as I’m making this one a regular part of my practice. Thank you!
