Lifting...
I felt myself relaxing more & more as this session went on... even though it was only 3 min long (it sure felt longer!) As I relaxed It felt like my body wanted to lift off & start levitating. But my shoulders were too tight to let it happen. I need to work on that because. How cool would it be to levitate?! โค๏ธโ˜ฎ๏ธ๐Ÿ€

The breath IS a strong ally. When we went to yoga the other day the teacher had a new years focus for the meditation. She reminded us that it doesnโ€™t have to be a new year or a new day to change. Every breath is chance to begin anew. Hearing that was a good reminder to live in the present and consistently choose the breathe.

I think that this is likely a good meditation, however I personally struggled with it. It wasnโ€™t the meditation. I seem to struggle with all meditations by this practitioner. She speaks clearly. However I became aware that it was the tone of her voice that is off putting for me. It brought forth a personal realization that I had never realized before. So, although I struggled with the meditation, the realization was a plus!

A good way to take a step back and just observe how my body and breath work and flow together. Namaste

Awareness of breath
I learned that paying attention to my breath, shutting out the noise around me, calms and also energizes me. It cleanses me.

I was sad today as well
I was sad today but because of the real marriage that died. The first 15 years I felt loved and gave my love easily. It wasnโ€™t perfect and neither of us were but we loved each other. We were kind to each other. Thatโ€™s the marriage I miss. That marriage died 5 years ago.
