Relax & heal affirmations
I closed my eyes and relaxed my body with my breathing allowing every feeling and sensation to flow through and be excepted as part of my breathing. I pictured a yellow light as my healing light and as I inhaled deeply and slowly I allowed this yellow light to penetrate my entire body and comfort and heal through my soul as I exhaled.
