Today’s Canvas
I have many things going on today and many appointments I want to be mindful and present. I am a visual person and saw my day as being pulled in many directions. I enjoyed thinking of the canvas as deliberate visualization of what today looks like and where I mentally/spiritually I want to be in each space. I feel calm and grateful to be prepared vs rushing from one thing to the next.
External Forces
You paint the day with your mind, and the external forces (unknown) brings the creativity.
I felt less anxious. I could feel success coming.
My thoughts - the right ones - can paint my day to be a great one! Even when I'm tired. I can reframe that, too. My mood can be positive even when my energy is low.
