Body Kindness
There is strong connection between the mind and body. When we take the time to nourish our body and mind with eating well,exercise, rest, and tuning into what it needs, our mind and body are in balance. We feel our best. Reciting the positive affirmations in this session is a great way to fill your soul with positive energy as well as show your body some gratitude. My favorite affirmation from this one is…”Breathing deep, I fill my body with sunshine, fresh air, and pure joy.” For me connecting with nature has always been healing to my mind and body.
