Thank sadness and welcome happiness
This is helpful in acknowledging sadness within the body thanking it for showing me my fears, disappointment, and how hard I am on myself. Then being able to release the sadness and welcome the possibility of happiness. Forgive myself and be kind to myself. Welcome love and appreciation and focus on kindness.

Happy & sad
I learnt that its ok to feel sad. Something I always known but this meditation helped me realize that I need to release it, not stay attached to it. Also I can give myself happiness i don't have to wait for others to provide it for me.
