Attitude of Gratitude
When you develop an attitude of gratitude, you feel happier and more positive about life. I start and end everyday with gratitude. My gratitude list for today so far… -My inner light is shining bright -I am healthy in mind, body, and spirit -My breath -Daily meditation practice -Sunshine -All the free content out there such as podcasts, articles, classes that are available to increase my knowledge and well-being -Making very good money for working a job I enjoy that offers a flexible schedule -Enjoying a cup of coffee in a new mug a friend gave to me -All the cheerleaders in my life that continue to support me -Ability to learn new things -My furkids -Connecting with God I really enjoyed listening to this session. It is one I will return to. It is a great reminder that where energy goes, energy flows. May you find many things to be grateful for today.
