Happiness comes from gratitude. If you think about it, every happy moment in your life has occurred because you are appreciating the moment as it happens. You are in a place of gratitude during your happiest times and with that in mind today we are going to be using powerful 'I am' affirmations that are based on happiness in order to bring a feeling of fulfillment within our lives.

Attitude of Gratitude
When you develop an attitude of gratitude, you feel happier and more positive about life. I start and end everyday with gratitude. My gratitude list for today so far… -My inner light is shining bright -I am healthy in mind, body, and spirit -My breath -Daily meditation practice -Sunshine -All the free content out there such as podcasts, articles, classes that are available to increase my knowledge and well-being -Making very good money for working a job I enjoy that offers a flexible schedule -Enjoying a cup of coffee in a new mug a friend gave to me -All the cheerleaders in my life that continue to support me -Ability to learn new things -My furkids -Connecting with God I really enjoyed listening to this session. It is one I will return to. It is a great reminder that where energy goes, energy flows. May you find many things to be grateful for today.

When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change. This quote from Dr. Wayne Dyer describes how the practice of gratitude can impact our own lives. When we practice gratitude, we change our relationship with what we have been given. As I sat with my breath, I became grounded in the here and now. As the lovely water flowed in the background, I allowed Nathan’s words to wash over me. Hearing these things that every one of us can be grateful for, a smile formed on my lips. Afterwards, I was given some quiet time to include things that I was grateful for in my own life. I am so blessed! Therefore, I choose to be present for every experience I am given. Namaste 🙏🏻❤️☮️
