A short, simple visualization for relaxing into a peaceful sleep, or for any time of the day. Sometimes there are moments throughout the day where it can be beneficial to reconnect with our bodies. Our jobs and daily lives often require us to be in our minds, or even unconsciously in our bodies as we use these two incredible tools to carry out all the actions & tasks we need to complete. Taking a moment just before sleep to consciously come back into connection with the physical body, to visualize positive energy scanning up & down, can slow the mind down & relax the body. Also, during the day taking 3 - 5 minutes to have a break and focus on the simple visualization with the eyes resting can refresh the mind to enhance our energy & focus.
