1st meditation
I did fall asleep, that was good. I woke up earlier than I wanted. I was very happy that my feet were warm! After around six hours I think. Woke up gently with a light. I need to go to sleep earlier… Around 1030. I woke up with a headache that seems to be growing. Still not quite sure how to use this app.

Too much talking , too many words .
She would lead me on a path to focus and relaxation then would change the focus . Didn’t like this at all , couldn’t follow the meditative path, couldn’t relax into the meditation
