Jumping from one task to the next is so common, it is so important to take a short break in between tasks to give your mind and body room to calibrate, to come back to presence. This meditation is to ground in-between tasks, to let go of the activity finished, have a clear mind and a fresh focus for the next task at hand. Whether it is moving from emails to calls, moving from a meeting to a train ride, even if that is simply coming from work - to the sofa, it is a great practice to come back to yourself and re-calibrate.
