Grounding Oneself
I learned that breathing is so vital to being calm & grounded. I need to remember & work to break the habit of holding my breath, even momentarily, because that starves my body of an essential need. No one can think or function properly if the body does not receive all it needs to continue on!

One can ground oneself and can be of ones best behavior and still others try to provoke you just because they are unhappy with their lifes.

It’s very difficult to ground oneself. Especially when my mind is going to millions of places, and lot of possibilities, but i realized it’s necessary to practice this for it is here where i can presently meet myself.

I have my morning routine & my afternoon routine & my night routine what I do in my day & I have two jobs & I do my de stress therapy every day & every night I keep busy every day sometimes I feel stressed out & feeling tried & sometimes I have anxiety attack & my stress level goes really high I do my stress therapy writing my journal & meditating & yoga & colouring therapy
