This is a breathing meditation to help you pause, compose and ground yourself at a time of worry and overwhelm. The present moment is the only moment we are truly alive. A wandering mind is an unhappy mind. To be happy, the mind must be grounded in the present moment.

Breathing
I struggled with this one. A lot. Didn’t even want to breathe in or out...

Better
Didn’t mind this one. I never really feel the breath in my belly. I always feel it mostly in my chest so sometimes I get thrown off

Grounding Oneself
I learned that breathing is so vital to being calm & grounded. I need to remember & work to break the habit of holding my breath, even momentarily, because that starves my body of an essential need. No one can think or function properly if the body does not receive all it needs to continue on!

Grounding Oneself is hard when with others
One can ground oneself and can be of ones best behavior and still others try to provoke you just because they are unhappy with their lifes.

Peaceful
I learned that the only things that make me feel things are the moments/worries that i give attention too however i am in control of my thoughts and can shift my focus to something like my breathing or the way my body feels/positivity and im okay

Centered Breathing
Helpful meditation getting your day started by breathing. The goal is not to be carried away by our thoughts but to stay focused on our breathing.

Grounding oneslef
It’s very difficult to ground oneself. Especially when my mind is going to millions of places, and lot of possibilities, but i realized it’s necessary to practice this for it is here where i can presently meet myself.

Grounding Oneself
I am working in being present. This was a wonderful reminder that the mind will wander but it is our job to bring it back to the breath without judgement.

Investment
Amazing that such a small investment, 7 minutes, can really set the course for your day in the right direction.

Grounding Oneself
I liked the suggestion of following my breath as if it was like waves in the ocean. Very relaxing and grounding.🙏

Unfortunate
It is unfortunate that I received nothing from this meditation. In grounding my mind, I discovered Conflict within. If there is a war, where your mind is in conflict with itself, little can be done. To have spiritual growth, to have a successful meditation, there must be peace within. Only a Quiet Mind - at peace with itself - will enable you to connect with God. Wherein, only 3 words are spoken: I AM LISTENING!
