I jumped right into my day without following my normal morning routine...meditation and write in journal daily intention and word of the day. Well by mid afternoon that left me feeling all over the place. This meditation brought me back home...to myself. During this session, I visualized this huge beautiful oak tree that I have seen on our walks many times. This tree is strong, beautiful, and inviting. I could see myself one day just sitting under it reading a book. As my spirit becomes one with the tree. I feel my inner strength becoming stronger and my being centered. I am home. At the end of this session, I enjoyed reciting the affirmations. I am present. I am at ease. I would of enjoyed this a little more with less guidance to be able to enjoy “just being.” This would be a great meditation for a beginner or someone having a hard time focusing.
