This short grounding meditation is one that I use at the beginning of my Shamanic Journeys to help calm the body and anchor you to this realm while you shift your awareness into other realities. This can also be used as a way to relax the mind at the beginning or end of the day.

Light and Love
I was initially tired when I started this practice, but now I feel grounded and ready for my day.. Breathing in forseven seconds, holding my breath briefly, and breathing out for seven seconds, was difficult. However, it did help me to focus . I appreciate the emphasis On positive energy,light Love, and Getting rid of negativity. Thanks for putting this track together. It will help me stay grounded. I am also grateful for the community on this app for taking the time to read this post. I hope everyone is OK, happy and well. No matter what you were going through, may you find light and love in your life.

Using breath to consume the peace and love and dispose the negative is life changing. I put my feet firmly in the ground, took in some vitamin C and meditated and it’s energizing!
