Light and Love
I was initially tired when I started this practice, but now I feel grounded and ready for my day.. Breathing in forseven seconds, holding my breath briefly, and breathing out for seven seconds, was difficult. However, it did help me to focus . I appreciate the emphasis On positive energy,light Love, and Getting rid of negativity.
Thanks for putting this track together. It will help me stay grounded. I am also grateful for the community on this app for taking the time to read this post. I hope everyone is OK, happy and well. No matter what you were going through, may you find light and love in your life.
