Silence is peaceful and grounding. Silence is also ever-present. Controlling the mind is impossible and often leads to frustration. It is wiser to move our awareness to the omnipresent Silence of the Now. Thoughts are a phenomenon that arises and subsides in the silent space of Awareness or Consciousness. When we are aware of silence, we are in the HeartSpace, the Now space and we immediately relax and feel peace. All the scriptures and masters point to the Truth that Silence is Divine and is the language of God. In this meditation, you will be guided to recognize the silence between thoughts. You will realize that you do not have to be a victim of thoughts. This meditation is helpful when you are struggling with overthinking.
