Create happiness in your life by appreciating all the wonderful things that are around you by using all 5 senses. What was a wonderful smell, taste, touch, sound, or sight that you experienced today? Magnetize those happy memories and thoughts back to your body to sensitize yourself to all the good that is in your life. As an added bonus, grounding in the senses helps calm the nervous system and decrease anxiety. www.SusyNayak.com

I learned how easy and quick it is to center my focus and be grateful for the wonderful things I experience thru touch, taste, smell, sight and hearing. It feels calming and good to be grateful.
