When we practice Grounding for Eating Mindfully, we can feel what is happening in our bodies as we eat. When we are in our body, we can feel each bite of food, and feel ourselves reaching satisfaction rather than overfullness.

Feeling the vibration in my feet, the connection to the earth, I felt less likely to eat just anything. I wanted food from the earth.
